Factory Finished Wood Floors
The prefinished wood floors carries the benefit of coming without time consuming hassle, meaning that a prefinished wood floors allows us to finish a project in less time and less house disruption than the finish on site products.
The one downside will be a limited option in choosing the right wood floor color for your project.
All of our products are premium rated, but if a customer has its own products we will be glad to install those using the NWFA (national wood flooring association) guidelines.
We will start by making sure that acclimatization is properly done for the hardwood floors, and when we find out that we have proper climate for installation will start installing the wood floors following fastening schedule recommended by manufacturer.
When the wood floors are installed we'll make sure to hand the homeowner a maintenance guide, which will be very helpful in keeping the wood floors in the best shape for the years to come.

The new system from Bona represent a revolution by improving the working environment for flooring contractors and avoiding mess for consumers. In many cases, the Bona Dust Care System allow the flooring contractor to avoid hiring a cleaning firm after the sanding is done. Hence there is less cost to the customer and a more pleasant working environment for the flooring contractor.
